Expanding Access: World Fuel Trip Support’s Growing Network of RSP-Approved Airports

Updated August 2025:
World Fuel Trip Support is an approved participant in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Reimbursable Services Program (RSP), a federal initiative that enables private entities to coordinate and fund overtime customs services at U.S. airports.
As of August 2025, our RSP coverage includes 78 airports nationwide, with ongoing expansion to support the growing needs of international operators.
The full list of World Fuel Trip Support RSP-Approved Airports is updated regularly on our International Trip Support page: https://www.world-kinect.com/world-fuel/aviation/trip-support-aviation/trip-support-business/international-trip-support
What Is the Reimbursable Services Program?
The RSP is a federal initiative that allows private entities—like World Fuel Trip Support—to reimburse CBP for overtime services. This enables CBP officers to be available at airports during off-hours, weekends, or at locations with limited staffing, ensuring international flights can clear customs without delay.
For operators, this means:
- Greater flexibility in scheduling arrivals
- Reduced risk of diversion due to unavailable customs services
- Enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
World Fuel Trip Support coordinates these services on behalf of operators, managing the logistics and funding to ensure a seamless experience.
Why This Matters
International operators often face challenges when arriving in the U.S. outside of standard CBP hours. Without RSP coverage, flights may be delayed or diverted, leading to increased costs and disrupted schedules.
By participating in the RSP, World Fuel Trip Support helps operators:
- Avoid costly diversions
- Maintain tight schedules
- Improve passenger experience
- Navigate customs procedures with expert support
Our team handles the coordination with CBP, allowing operators to focus on their mission while we ensure compliance and efficiency.
A Growing Network of Support
Our current coverage includes a diverse mix of major hubs, regional airports, and strategic locations across the U.S. This growth reflects our commitment to supporting international aviation with reliable, flexible customs clearance options.
We work closely with CBP and airport partners to expand this network, and we’re actively pursuing new approvals to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
If you have a location that’s not on our current list, contact our Regulatory team ([email protected]).
Stay Informed
Because the list of RSP-supported airports is dynamic, we maintain a live directory on our International Trip Support product page. This resource includes:
- The full list of airports where RSP services are available
- Instructions for requesting support
- Contact information for our Trip Support team
We encourage operators and partners to check this page regularly for updates.
